There is a need for a total reform of this problem America has with a paranoia of other nationals spying on their administrations and networks'...with this old ideology that stems from the civil war of Independence, of everyone; is at war with America, we will never see a forwarding progression of international standards and humanitarian associated diplomacy's'.

We all wish to work with the American administrations for the progression of their own state well-being to decrease social disorders', by a new introduction of listed proposals as sent in my forwarding advances of better managements of controls in shared American fiance and advisories' of other effective commissions'......with reviews' in working standing-orders of change.....

If we don't do this........when will the promise change that America keeps issuing its own people-come......
