Looking at the evidance given, it appears that Jimmy was'nt acting alone, in that, when participating in public relations', how many hands are involved in third party issuse's of money extractings'.
That the money taken was for public improvements', and money exchanges were sent down through hands of employed staff and managements'.
This means that even tax distributions would be extracting funds under hidden shares of tax payments and other exclusive hands of inner powers', within this box we have, other people there-after extracing funds', and having money going missing in bodies of work employments', this fund, may have been used for external lunches', breaks and minor improvements to buildings and structures', while ploughing the rest of the funds back into the immidiate body of projects that were alloated to that positional building of people and community based projects', this means, when the check is received it goes to all immidiate needs' rather then going to just one body of project that would see left over fundings', when their buildings and place of work and under lunches' of payments were also being neglected.
A 30 year sentance seems extreme, considering that most evidance and other party people hands of managements are being wiped away and not even being looked at for a body of evidance that could see the case file squashed.

These ideas are to support my own special support funds too, as I need special conditional and materials for my life support, as a fetal giant.
The dwp have stated that they are ineffect, supporting, but the funds are not meeting my needs of sustainabilities', and if I can self help, please may I do so, so this is what they offered to me, to meet my and my families needs'.

The plans to bring in community service hospitals' to general communities, for the care of, as follows' :

General Main System Hospitals': Up for closure:
Lewisham General, whereby it has expanded recently for ciy link refferals', would be a disasterous choice.
The population barring over 25,000 main users', for all faculties', and new specialist required services', whereby, special patients from internal-interim-care-units, that have been reffered from such places' as far as America, Great Ormand Street, St Thomoses', and to finish Guys'.
The numbered of sick are countless', with A and E departments always over crowded , community hospitals with main town link hospitals' who then have ties with city link hospitals', would be a move in the right direction, whereby, any town having a main hospital would then be reffered towards a bill being passed to legislate city stature.
