We can reform how the army is managed, have better screening of personalities', as America knows', the British Army has one of the best records for humanitarian and social communications when based in high war zones'....with little recorded histories of internal systemic physical and or psychological abuses' used when working under strict Army command.

This is because our choices of Army service men are categorised by all inclusive reports, from background youth and other schooling and other records held.

China has been a credit to Britain; with individual immigrations' of china residences', in most cases', going onto becoming a working and benefit service workers and credits to communities'.....with progressive educational schemes that have offered them excellent employments and other.

We are not saying that we don't have a problem with some young lads' that have formed groups' for intimidation purposes', but we find that these regular patterns occur within some youth circles and can be broken with time energy and resource', allocations to break the circle of small groups becoming notorious.....this campaign has worked and is continuing to work.

China...does not wish to set up a campaign of racisisms and other...rather they as a nation would like to see..immigrations offered and work-placements for youth in their lands that have little prospects of obtaining any good standard of lifestyle in therein of china itself.

China has one of the most highly populations of growth in humanity, in the world to date...this means that they are looking for migrations to ease the pressures of their over barring society and pressures on their funding systems of communists controls'.

As acting on behalf of speaking for China, I have also found them to be most polite, hard working and friendly....I have never encountered anyone.....that has shown outward aggression and or other from the Chinese communities'...and rather it is film associated name branding that implements fear and stigmatisation's', of a notable notorious status of control that doesn't really exist and rather it is more of a psychological warfare...this also happens with other nations that are portrayed by the film industry as fear and revered.


There are so many benefits to race associations and Geneva conventions networks that America will see changes happen within their society and progressions of upward confidences and hope for a better future for all....it will be too good a opportunity to be missed.

As for the Red Indians'......we will arrange for increases of land spaces' and other find of benefits, to feed and cater for their native communities'...they are looking for land space expansions....this may mean that some people who dont mind relocating....may have to give up certain land residences to make room for growing native peoples' demands'...we have to respect the native people..and try to make allowances for their needs'......as they have rights over some of the more inner isolated lands of more natural locations of wordily environments'.....You have to compromise.....they may even be willing to allow on tour tourism's of native lifestyles from a distance, if we negotiate and compromise, this may take some time but could work as an advantage for all peoples' involved in the land disputes of native and other relocation's of residences...this will keep them in good health....and be having outside communications of relation ties'.....

There is always someone from native community associations who is willing to come for negotiational talks'...you can not continue to live in fear of night sieges and other...from Territorial locations of inner land and natural environment locations of the native people.

You need change America and help and we as the pre-British powers, can offer you exactly what you need for reform and good healthy change.

But the proposals must be accepted as stated in previous documentations of co-correspondences that i have put forward to America who have only incurred mess and mass problems' of social disorders since the time of the winning of Independence from Britain.
