Change in schooling arrangements needs to be addressed immediately....

A slight move, of two extra years in primary schooling education, with a slight shift in staff and teachers', to make room for the year 11 and 12 teachers'....It will not take much to implement these beneficial changes'...for the betterment of social orders and bullying campaigns'.
