If America accepts our offer ....we would like to have a representative of all member states' of the European and Geneva conventions, to be assigned a working post of administrations in the official state of the American state Parliaments' of control.

This will give us an international bases' of grounded communications and structural abilities to exchange ideas of state controls and other orders that would need addressing in this state of emergencies of high rate murder and other debilitating social diseases'.

We would ask also for Arab posts to be assign much like how Parliament works on the British coastal regins'.

This will be a step forward for a restructure of America as it stands in desperate need of help in relation to this dire anti American programme that it is facing in relation to its own Bush administrations pressures for mass wars that have left nothing but vast debts, death and destruction's'....how could you as America call for war...when you yourselves are in need of good strong leadership.
