I dont know why, the government doesn't do the same effective systems that they implement primary schools and secondary schools'...whereby hardship pupils line up for canteen food.....This would benefit all those who cant afford added lunches that incur further costs'.....I think students will be open to this....its not as if they are not used to having certified free munches anyway...and we all know that 50% of the student population has to have a support system because of the extreme taxes here......I think student will be highly open to free lunch.....registrations

Then there wouldn't be a need for a hardship fund.....only maybe additional transport fund....applications....
