For Riviera pubs' and outside; open front pubs'......there will have to be legal notices to implement a no drinking zone, outside these two parameter markings'....This will reduce number of violent incidences', this will encourage responsible drinking and or drinkers', this will reduce rubbish in the environment, anti social behaviours'...and many other incidences that are incurred by alcoholism's'... rapes will reduce, open physical assaults on women and gropings will reduce , verbal assaults of swearing will reduce etc etc.

The police will be able to manage violent out breaks better.....We will have a more clean open space for children to play, for adults that don't drink and generally better managed social parks for walking, picnics and other.

With valid dog zones, to prevent childhood illnesses', diseases' and other bacterias;' carried in dog pop.

With dogs having laws' of muzzlings and short lead holders', passed.....to prevent spontaneous attacks, and a distance law passed, for no contact of dogs', in relation to passers by, controlled by the dog walkers themselves', in management schemes', not unless the parent and or person suggests that it is ok, and or an agreement is reached between the two passing parties',....I think this is the best compromise, for all.
