I dont understand why the international amnesty is making such a big fuss about over expense scandals', or what they call scandling, dating so far back into political histories'.

Yes, we know that spending public money is wrong, and just lately we have seen a complete crack down on the exploiting of interim fundings' of public spenditure for the benefits of the wider communities within existing homelands.

At the time, Devalier was leading his country into political harmony and tried other harmonious tactics' of uni-lactual ties, to help the progression of worldly relationships and bonding, of what has been documented on more then several occasions' of diplomatic outreaching....

It was well expected by all international standards of committees, that such power figures who were and or who are in a position of political-stance, and or other, to host appropriate receptions for their personal-persona of positions and...international invitations drawn up, in relation to personal wedding arrangements', that was funded part by public source ....as a good-will gesture ......and bonding of global ties...to be able to do this appropriately, a certain amount of public spending would have to be used to host such standing receptions'.

We have world leaders....gathering at a small reception office....without the appropriate fittings to be able to tie the international relations of bondment appropriately....It doesn't work like that unfortunately.....The right conditions for the amount of guests and also the guests are what....are representatives of their own political powers that also hosted such social gatherings for bondment and global ties'.

To be a host of the land...to represent your people, you have to be able to release equity to encourage business links....social gatherings under political bondings' do exactly this.

Are we going to have a tiny office to host a wedding with more then one hundred world leaders'...I don't think so.....do you?
