The latest international amnesty interventions ....of a call for a tribunal and arrest of former ruler and political leader; Devalier.

The international amnesty claims that under Devalier's leadership of Haiti, there was an uprising in disappearance and other internal crime persecuted and carried out by leader, Devalier.

They fail to mention, that under his leadership for many years', a USA representative and written several supportive statements while residing in Haiti along side Haiti leader, Devalier.

In one statement, it was written and documented, and noted under historic period of records kept in light of the past events and histories in Haiti, that the country had been living in peace and harmony was little violence all the while, under the new systems imposed and sanction, by Devalier.


That is, before an invitation to the former pope, was sent out, as a recognition and peaceful ties of religious connective attempts' and negotiations of business and other investments to be discussed at the table....

In light of the former years of the lack of intellectual ties and peace unity programmes'....the pope up-rose in a speech declaring that issues of poverty needed to change....Coming from a more wealthy Regine... the pope failed to realise that poverty was wide spread and that it was more of a task then the pope recognised....

In publicity campaigns', the people revolted against the Devalier, thinking that he wasn't providing for them, the correct inessentials' of livelihood, when infact, forteh state well fare and period of time conditions, he was providing them with more then a stable out let and controlled wealth system.

In light of the propaganda campaign......the people up-rose against Devalier, and started a mass campaign of theft and other incitements against his over-all peace-regime-and staus of interim controls'.....they looted on a Mass scale and securities of authorities had to be brought in to keep the disorderly under controls'...in this.....fractional fighting between towns of different religious bases' of foundations...started a inter lock of fighting...whereby people went missing and other....

This was unmentioned in the latest news bulletin for the call to indite Mr Devalier for up-rising of the people...and a retaliation of religious town disputes'....the amnesty is now.......laying all blame on Devalier...when historical factual documents have been failed to be produced in light of Mr Devaliers reign...its seems very one sided'.....

This is not an incitement against the former deceased pope, rather.....i am stating facts'....that sometimes' no matter how recognised you are as a religious and or other status of affair and celebrity you are...you can make initial mistakes in announcing speeches that do not match current economics and the situations of the countries people and state of affairs'.

In this the pontiff, was looking at other first world economics and was making fundamental comparisons that led to an up-rising of the Haitian people.

That is not to say......that, as time has gone on...we have learnt that every people and nation has its own needs that need to be addressed in a slow reform of change and economics at a pace that it can manage.....

And rather; press and other managements of failings' caused the people to revolt against a stable leader.......maybe re-writing terms and other usages of the popes' statements of affairs .....misleading the people, into feeling that they were being neglected, when infact for the period of time...the economics matched the foot ties with the other nations of controls...business is something that is built up on a gradual bases' of trust and links into other nations'.....

Now he is back to restore his leadership ties and help the economics get back on track.....for dame buildings in Australia and Pakistan we need all the old bricks and cement dust t hat we can get...we will pay for all investments ........The reason why I mention Australia in a dame construction, is that here in the west we will be concentrating on heat regulations that will cool the atmosphere that will have results in snow fall and rain on the otherside of the more dry and arid landscapes ......and help to sustain our ozone...you will expect more flooding but if the correct implementations are put in place...you will have dealt with the problem before it occurs'.

And that this will resolve the current situation in Haiti after their natural disaster...

Cement and rocks and bricks are something that can not be produced at the rate that we need them so all these disasters we lead to industry ties.....

Now all we need, is people prepared to invest.....

It will pay off.
