Student allowance fund should be cut....however; there are students that are completely dependent on these fundings', because of legitimate, litigating, circumstances'.....

So under special criteria status.....allowances should be made...parents might be alcoholics and unable to supply supportive funding for children who have been encouraged to further their education.......parents might be from poverty stricken lands, whereby they have to support sick relatives and or other,,,and are unable to give assistance to their own children...so reviews of conditions' through applications for funding should be an alternative for special cases',that need special support services'.
