Has a high rate of orphans, and destitute children that are neglected because of the wide spread poverty that has fluctuated over the years', since the time of the last war.

The people effected the most, have been the poorer members of society...on a mass scale of economical downfull, of a extreme hardened structural regime, that was implemented under the rule of Hitler, that even his own people found hard to live by, under his dictatorships.....and by no choice of compliance....under a uncompromising power hunger leader, they had no alternative, either that or they would be out of work and seen as a territorial land traitor and or even shot dead. In a land where monetary funds were scares at the best of times'....the general people complied to his orders of control and aggressions'.

Not their fault.

Most children from these institutions do not know the historical facts and or even that there was a war in relation to who, what and or why fighting broke out...because of the lack of educational and social funding in the land....in relation to community allocated funds'.....

The children who will be educated at the dance school in the Olympic dance dome, in time for the Olympics', will be from, initially high profile backgrounds', because simply there isn't enough time to invest in deprived children at the moment.....However, in the long run; with this, I will ask that every child who is selected for the school, under wealth of family ties'...that an orphan from the poorest institutions be allocated a foster family here.....and regulated in a sponsorship campaign for dance into adult hoods'.

Whereby 50% of that child's earnings will go back to that particular institutional orphanage for upgradings and educational schooling materials until there is adequate fatalities in regards to provisions for each and every orphan, in that particular area of building.

The other half of the earnings will go on self maintenance and lifestyle of effectiveness.

For other orphans of future related implementations.....other area agreements can be arranged to bring the country into the twenty first century of good acceptable living standards'.....



The Germans dont wish for war...they wish for better economics and lifestyle changes',not revenge.
