Prison rioting

Will see an automatic withdrawal of all privileges for all prisoners....until further notice of an apology and cooperation's.

If there are any further rioting'.......we will halt all plans of new investments that will initially make prisons a more tranquil place and better managements'...don't take the mick.. I know what I am talking about...Right.
