The fact of the matter is....WHAT WAS TWO YOUNG GIRLS AT THE AGE OF TWELVE, DOING OUT AFTER MIDNIGHT , IN A DISSOLUTE AREA, WITH NO POLICE SYSTEM, NO ONE AROUND, DRESSED Like LITTLE WOMEN, LOOKING MORE LIKE PROSTITUTION Scouts', ROAMING AROUND, AT THAT TIME OF NIGHT, FOR ANYWAY.

Parents need to be investigated.......these young girls could have told these men anything...they could have said that they were eighteen and looking for partying and a good time......leading the men up the garden path.......in age related matters...being seductive and not realising their actions of consequence...the men obviously were led to believe that these girls were looking for age related men, for sex and a good time. And that these girls, out at that time....in the middle of nowhere, with no one around......led these men to believe that they were looking for the same related partying and sex as themselves'...

No; I am sorry...at the age of twelve children should be in from eight o clock onwards, What were the parents thinking....where was the social services interventions'...why haven't they been questioned, in why their girls were out scouting for men in cars', getting into cars, like hooker prostitutes'....

There has to be a criminal sentence for neglect and review of paternal controls.....the parents need to take responsibilities...they know the dangers of late night walks and late night associated risks'...we all do. And there after their children should be put into the care system.....this has to stop, the parents have to take control over the late night party attitude for and in relation to the youth, who will be put at high risk...due to age related mis-judgements from men..who will seemingly think they are older then what they are, due to the time that they are out roaming the streets'.

No, a review and light sentence passed......for scouting for prostitutes' should be offered as an alternative sentence.
