The most recent lost children are, and the most disturbed and effected of these lists, are obviously the latest victims of war.
Afghanistan, Iraq, Guantanamo Prison.....adult tortures and other racial hatred crimes' of incitements and intimidation's'.
Though we understand that couples have disputes about how to raise their children because of cultural differences'.......then because of the lack of compromise...in religious circumstance and other.......the children are taken under the care of their father...who initially feels' that their Muslim lands'- that are free from murder, sex crimes, rapes and other extreme forbidden acts.....would be a better environment for the up-bringing of their children.
Or a t least it is not as rampant as it is in the west.
If however; the mother is compromising, and religious, there is no need for the father to urge the on bringing of such drastic actions of what is classed as an almost abduction here.
In muslim lands', the rights of the father come first, if they are more religious in nature then the females' and more concerning in the rights of how to raise the children under a good guide line of adult behaviours and mannerisms that will not lead on to other more serious crimes of nature in future environments', of what could result in a Western up bringing, however if the female is more Islamic in religious tones and educations' then the man, the care of the children should full under her, if she has the funds to and means and the time too, with no further questions of care and education brought into the equation.
So there is a difference of opinion in rights of the parents'...and no subsequent laws' are broken in muslim lands', when children are brought home under the care of their fathers'.....
