As for Peter Sudcliff......is he not well ? Was it not stated by medical experts that he is not well, that he suffers from a delusional state of paranoia ? That he has a distorted perception of reality, in relation to his ability to make well decisions', that he believes that he is more then one individual that resides in one body, I suppose this doesn't effectively count for nothing, and that we can class him as a mass evil murderer, with a malice of intent to inflict pain, and death on women, with a sane sound judgement of affairs, for a flimsy desire of control and manipulations' that are often shown in psychopaths'. Most paranoid schizophrenics', left under their own devices, usually end up committing suicide because they cant bare the consequences of the multiple personalities that reside in them.

And that for normal people to make judgements about such illnesses without being a medical researcher and a known studier of such mental illnesses' is a complete shambles of affairs'.
