Only in extreme circumstances' should people have plastic surgery, for extreme deformities', if possible.

And people are beautiful, the way they are created, regardless of defects', but if it helps', then it's ok.

It is when there is nothing wrong with the person, or it is minor, or it is a pure material issue, then that's when it has gone too far.

I don't blame some of these people, because of the emphasis of beauty on the commercial market, that is what up-set their psychology, brain washing on material physical conditions'.
