It is without doubt that smoking cigarettes', was a quick catch, propagated by the films' industry in the early fifties', being a huge hit, amongst the poor people, who weren't educated, and mislead in the world of make believe, that somewhere along the line, cigarettes' would help their condition, both wealth-wise- cosmetically, and improve etiquette's of speech.

However; it was later discovered, with advances in X-rays', biopsies', physically appearances', tooth decay, finger yellowing, cancer of most bodily parts', that this wasn't the case, rather it was the other way around. And smoking should be subsequently baned across the board, and only vetted as a medication to the people who are currently addicted to this abuse, and it should be subsequently paid by the filming industry, as part and parcel of their responsibility in the propagating of smoking and commercialisation, part and parcel of a 50% margin divided between all governments', who also entertained the propagating of such abuse, slowly filtering the generations' of smokers' out. And 30% margin from the film industry, with a 20% for the commercials' used in sports.

It would be with an introduction scheme of, a 20 cigarette pack aday for the first three months', with a deduction of five cigarettes', thereafter, for the following three months', and so forth, until everyone has been weened off the nicotine.
