Libraries are fantastic
Not unless you live right next to one, with the children in and out, they take the books' out, return them without depositing them to the counter, then the notes' come to your attention, debts are piling up, before you know it, a twenty pound fine comes' your way. Without a courtesy call to let you know, that books' are about to go into their over-due date, how then can this be fair. A business trade should let its' customers' know when the books' are due back three days' before. With time on their hands, the staff are not that busy, so there is time for them to contact their members'.
