It is to make the distinction between the children who are just naughty and mischievous and those e who display real concerns' in their affairs' of play.

If children have a curious eye, they probably will grow out of it, and or exploring movement that is more dramatic- or drama related.

Reserved children are probably the ones' who have experienced sexual crimes', and or could be a cause for concern.

I think it is inappropriate to try to distinguish what children will be perverse, until the foundations' of adult hood are firmly in place. Thirteen is a very good age to be able to tell- then the children are subjected to fazes' of what they are most likely going to grow out of.
