In our more wealthier countries', we tend to over use our ingredients' when baking.

And in other well established brands' and foods', too.

I would have an immediate reduction in the amount of flour and salt that is used in cake and bread products across the board with immediate effect.

The food that is mass produced in shops' contains' far too much salt, resulting in heart-burn and hot-top-brain-burning sensations'.

It is without doubt that the salt, of what is a form of acid, is causing these symptoms', or is the main cause of these symptoms'.

Baking bread is easy, use the ingredients' with a lite touch, if more natural bread is not on offer, rather it would be helpful if the shops' supplied the bread that the people were looking for in the first place.

In countries abroad, you will find that their bread is 80% lighter in the dough factor then Britain.

Our bread is heavy and taste more like heavy dumplings' for hot winter nights'.

Rather, the winters' are much lighter now, due to environmental and central heating changes'. Therefore it is only logical to reduce the flour and salt content in these products', as so to, improve the standard of taste and quality of this food brand.

Preservatives' are also a very big killer, resulting in heavy and or over-weight people.

I will give you an example.

The companies' use loads' of preservatives' in dog and cat food, it takes' weeks' for the digestive system to break down these added preservatives', we are not living in Iceland.

When a dog and or cat does its' business, the remains of that fesses last for days', in some cases' even weeks' and in some cases' even months', I had a dog-poop outside my gate once, that had stayed for almost a three month period and left a mark afterwards'.

If it takes' this long to break down outside the body, how long do these preservatives remain inside the body for?.

These preservatives' are used in all sorts' of foods', across the board, and people are suffering from extreme digestive problems', and symptoms' resulting from the over use of these products' that contain heavy preservatives.

On average a cake that is cooked fresh, will last a maximum of three to four days', and or a week at the longest, depending on natural preservatives' such as fruit and fruit produce and or nuts' that are used.

It is without doubt that the un-natural use of preservatives' in food products, lead to all kinds' of problems' for the everyday person, who hasn't time to prepare from fresh.

Rather, it would be better to buy fresh meat and ingredients, and cook it on a daily basis if the shops' are available for you to do so. Actually it doesn't take that long to cook fresh, rather stop being lazy, and putting your feet up, when you could be preparing something yummy and fresh in the kitchen.

The companies' must reduce the preservative factor with immediate effect.

This will reduce carbon emissions', with a more natural digestion taking place.
