If Israel is going to sail two ships into Egypt, without the permission of Egypt administration, than that is officially trespassing. Not unless it is for aiding the poor and or war trodden people, whereby aid effetely passes' into the Geneva conventions administrations of affairs whereby they over-see to the heading of such a project.
