Gaddafi has asked for the Arab nations who still hold peace relations with America to rise oil prices and other Arab countries that are in the middle of up-risings to halt all work programmes' whereby the muslim people abandon their posts on a temporary bases until, further contracts and Islamic states under democratic powers of controls are established.
