Addressed to the governments of controls in Italy

Tunisia, powers of controls', would like to forward a polite and courteous thank-you for your temporary security forces, of implementations, until we are able to control our own and employ our own regularities of securities bodies'.

In this, we would like to ask you for paid training, of our Muslim people in line of job opportunities, whereby our men are trained alongside your men, in security implementations of controls, until it is necessary for your security forces to be withdrawn from our boarders of controls'.

It will be a paid issuing of subjected training.

We thank you again, and look forward to a six month employment programme with you.

We will off each man, £150 re-inburstment, of their regular pay, for the training of new security personnel.
