It appears that I keep getting letters of complaint about a situation involving two surgeries'.

One based On downham hill, downham way, and the other based on moreside road, in a community centre in and around the lewisham area of greater London.

The old people have been issuing complaints that the surgery on Downham hill has vast amounts of patiences', with hundreds of registries' on their books' of patient lists', in comparison with another surgery that has only a few registered with them.

Well; the complaint is, people wish to know why the Downham surgery was a second choice when they have a vast amount and greater number of Patience's', in and around the local area, more so in relation to the other chosen surgery...of what was church down and is now part of leisure faculties on moreside road, that has mergered with various company assortments', of mass investments', it seems' so illogical.

With this....it only seems fair that the surgery who has, over many years', sustained hundreds of Patience's' on their lists of books, should have been given first priority, with space needs and other emergency needs of greater proportions', allowances of ambulance and policing, paramedics and other.

With a greater need for area space, to cater for the elderly and frail...on compassion grounds', and in light of family connections of associations into the surgery based on downham way....it should become and have been first priority.

This surgery based at the leisure centre, has been reported to have....few numbered patience', does not cater to the needs of their emergency appointment books and other various complaints raised.

With this, I will need you to investigate who you can issue forwarding letters to, in relation to this matter, to get the appropriate site , moved into the appropriate location.

After may forwarding complaint about another response I had in experience to my own complaint the letters came flooding in......
