Jame's Yee

Appeal for compensation of miss-representation and the destroying of a credible career as a serving Islamic-Minister, working to build ties of miss-conceptions of race, nationality and or Muslim identities that have often been discredited by media speculations and other bias views' from press reviews' and critics who have little and or no furthering understandings of the real-foundations of Muslims and their religious identities'.


Serving as a vital member of the armed forces', to establish a deeper understanding of Muslims' ways of life and preparing army officials to identify peace-loving-religious Muslims who bare no immediate threat on state and or country. Needed as a vital minister, in awe of the miss-conceptions', and or influencing the workings of the internal-army when deployed to war zones', to be able to depict between threat and or religiously guided personal of civilians'.

Thrown out of the Army for accusations of internal spying, without valid evidences to suggest that was the case.

After appealing, James Yee's credible service was noted and all charges dropped, however, in light of the circumstance, James Yee has been left without employments', discredited in his personal career, and stigmatised by internal official for being a Muslim who was doing his paid for his well managed and maintained Job, a Job description that he trained and worked hard for, for many years', only to be accused of unfair discriminatory abrogations f effects' that has seen James' Yee, imprisoned for 76 months' whereby he was subjected to abuses' of other descriptions', that may not be able to be proved, but neither the less, a discrimination of employment of status of affairs within the army, left James without a substantial career to full back on, leaving him with de-accreditation's, stress related disorders of the time spent in prison, discredited character of representations , and a mass bill of payment for his on-going legal fees' that had to be paid for at the time of the hearings of self defence.

In line of this, it is now time to review this situation of circumstance, whereby a mass discrimination took place against a credible employee of a vital Job description, a review for grounds of compensation.
