FACT : Mr Yassin . M . Aref moved to Syria, whereby he lived and worked as a forwarding refugee, it is to state, that with an implacable reputation, Mr Yassin . M . Aref was employed with due refferences that can be issued to the court in accreditation's ot character worked for a very influential and wealthy business man, as a part-time, gardener.

Aref was thereby issued work for a activist group, that were participating in their democratic rights of freedoms to oppose regimes' that may not have been in light with their belief systems', and of current situation at hand.

It is from here, the FBI, have put together insufficient links', that by no means of facts', collaborate any formal and or friendship bonds', with a secular informal politician, that later broke away from a peace political activist group, who were working for their democratic rights', to the freedoms of speech. This person, later became a secularist, who developed a group, that was later branded as a terror organisation. Unfortunately, I can not give any information about this group, to be able to make a a valid opinion , and or other defence to state that, either that information about that group, was and or that was not the case. M . Aref left that these further developments'' of secularism came to light, at the unbeknown knowledge of Mr Yassin . M . Aref.

Not to discredit the court of law and or Judge in light of the past sentence, without good Representative defence commissions, it very hard to make a credited fair Judgment, but these accusation and sentencing' were solely based on the fact that , Mr Yassin . M . Aref was a witness to a loan and or monetary transaction, whereby y no laws' were actually broken. He was acting in accordance to the laws' of witness, by loaning of funds under the rights to practice his religious values, under the Democratic liberties of the United states of America.
