Addressed to the government officials of: Uzbekistan

It has come to light, and or our knowledge that a young man of your nationality of country, is being detained and or held in prison, at the bequest of other authorities of power controls, that may not be in reach of your knowledge.

Mr Abdulaziz Dadahanov, is a most respected participant here, in Connecticut, whereby he has studied and or engaged in study and or other highly beneficial programmes of community natures'.

We as a city, feel that we have lost a valid member of our community, a person who up-holds' the peace, and speaks' highly of his home-tie connections and commitment to his country of birth origin.

We feel that, even in the present time of circumstance, Mr Abdulaziz Dadahanov, still appreciates his home land communities' and ties of nationality and status, and that being apart of American society, he has come to understand the deeper conflicts and or repressions that happen, and or the un-noticed corruptions', that most states face of nationalities face, in relation to other home land and or in land disputes'.

In this, we ask you, as the Uzbekistan Government, to so kindly set a proposal for release, to the authorities of departments of control in relation to police and or prison services'.

We would like to state, how wonderful and what a credit Mr Abdulaziz is to your home land, and we hope that he can continuously be an on-going representative of your home land, with this appeal of return, and special visa exit.
