Islam states that Muslims should refrain from touching the crouch area directly from contacting exposures', or if you need to, out of necessity, then you should wash your hands straight after or directly after.
However, there are people that suffer from repetitive habit formations', that stem directly from childhood....no one really knows why these continual habits thereafter, recur.......but personal care of hygiene can replace such habit formations of comfort self touching and or other impending medical problems'. It is a neurological impulse, more then anything else, and as long as it doesn't effect and or involve anyone else in direct-open and penetrating of sexual conduction's', including visual sexual exposures' of other pictorials', that can be classed as indirect sexual explicates', promoting open and or the selling of open prostitution's', then it is out of desire, whims and self indulgences, rather then medical problematics'.
In some cases', habits of other natures' can be brought forward in the transition of mind expansions' into the deen of Islam and before and or the intenciated knowledge, proceeds.....leaving small stains of inaproriations that can be cleaned by pray and then after, avoided and or not repeated again. Stresses of high pressured society vindications' can cause inapproriations' in mannerisms of speech during sexual explications'....causing a form of psychological problematics', that would otherwise have been avoided, had not the neighbouring community indulged in social gang bullying and or other. Therefore the problem can be caused by and or a direct result of social pressures'....and extreme behaviours' that could include rejections'.
Also, everyone that participates in sexual activities', expose themselves to exposure- and physical contacting-anyhow, with mass fluids and other secretions of bodily fluids', that can sometimes include urine, if the private part has been full washed and ro other messes, these can then be addresses and washed away and cleaned away after those activities are done, or, if out of extreme tiredness, then by the next morning and or day, when the timing is sufficient.
