When driving

To avoid accidents', please ensure, that you have good air filtration to supply a good flow of oxygen to your body and brain functions'.

This will keep you awake and alert.

Please ensure you take regulated stops' for refreshment', when on long hull journeys'.

Please ensure that you have a additive, such as coffee and or tea, something that will stimulate your senses' of alertness'.

Keep your radio at a medium level, if dosing, your hearing will defect, and stimulate your reactions'.


Keep high energy foods for a source of stimuli, such as bananas' that are high in natural sugars', and fresh cold milk, if non allergic, these are good resources of extra energy to keep you awake at the wheel. Eat and or to be taken at rest stops', if taken other then at rest stops', at your own risk.

Cold water, contains oxygen and is good for drinking at rest stops.

Surgery foods such as chocolate, has a reverse effect, and can tend to make you feel sleepy. This is tended after exercise of vigorous resource.
