Christopher Reynolds

Dwight Mixon

Appeal Application

It is clear, by all accounting statements given, that cooper is and was the main perpetrator of this aggravated assault......

We are with-drawing the previous statement given, as the contextual; wording has been misappropriated and miss-worded, wrongly addressing the situation at hand, in legal terms of administrations services'. Thus we state that the shooting happened as a escalating out of control circumstance , thus a unintentional-assault took place, of what later, became a death by association of manslaughter indications of factual evidential statements of co-hesions' of accounts', that correlate in numerous verified documentations gathered together at the time and known distinctive location.

Accompanying Mr Cooper of unknown-present-location, was, Mr Christopher Reynolds and Mr Dwight Mixon, a small dispute erupted inside the named location of residence.

The dispute was taken outside, by internal forces of the three associates'.

There was no luring, rather, there was an attempt to shuffle the argument out of the house, to avoid disrupting the household arrangements'.

That's when, the dispute escalated out of control, credible control was lost and a shooting broke out. The shooting was aimed at the legs of the man who was later found dead. There was no indication that the gun was fired in a location on the body that would suggest a deliberated murder and a attempt on the life of the victim involved. Thus we are claiming an unintentional assault, that later became an accidental death by association of manslaughter indications', and though we know that you can not clear all of the sentence.....we are asking that a lighter sentence be handed down in request of these verified statements of accounts', given in correct wordings and contextual contents' of legal systemic understandings of the advisory administration teams, working in associations with the legal aid associations'.

We hope you consider our appeal...and get a clear maxium sentence of two to three years'......with a reduction for good behaviour....and a ban from the rights to obtain weaponry and or either gun associated licences'.

With a hostel relocation.....for all men involved......for further protective means' of revenge assaults and or other.

District area of known shooting to be avoided for re-release
