If you invest in a huge wall moat, or boulders of huge sizes, piled up around bottom of the volcano, filling it up with cool water, to help produce a conduction of steam and release of internal heated pressures', to let off steam, thus reducing the internal heat, and preventing a furthering eruptions'......

The steam will filter into the air......
