For Parliamentary Review on:

Compulsory start times', allocated to schools'

It has come to the attention of most recruited local MP councillors' across the country, the growing number of complaints', in relation to the early start time policies' for some chartered schools' and or academies across the country, before the morning code of 9.0'0 a.m practice managements of over-all standards' commissions'.

With the up-rise in abductions', child-related-sex-crimes', and other related murder affiliated associations of links' into child related crimes of other unorthodox natures', that are recorded as factually based, on the crime statistics' register reports'.

With children attending the early morning start of 8.30 am, in regards to some local secondary schools', across the country, the walking attendances of local people, in relation to their children's Independence, has dropped dramatically, with little people out on the streets at that particular time of the day, with major risk associations at an all time high, parents are opting to drive, instead of the allowance of a small routine independent walk for their children, that would have benefits for the over-all health conditions and impending over-all independant conditions of patterns and other related introductions to adulthood's'.

This early morning starts, also increase the amount of growing pollutants', with the increasing amounts of the number of small routine drives', with more congestion on the roads and other unbenefactual components' that are disturbing the very order of the nature of the environmental impact and other ordering measurements' such as the introductions to independent thinking in children, parents are finding the early pre 9'o'clock start, time consuming, unbeneficial and disturbing, with little people out before the start of 8.45 pre-journeys' of other destinations, such as work affiliated associations and other.

With the above address, we are asking that you change the stated houring of early morning starts', for the more independent schools', that are imposing this regulation as a routine order and who are choosing to opt for such natures of conduction's, due to the over-all impending psychological effects' that it is having on the local community and other broader based units of working parents'.
