Durnel Smith of Oak Heights Prison

Is going to withdraw all previous statements given about the circumstance and murder that took place under his name of character ships', at the advice of his new legal aid team and committee, on reference to and in aid of new arriving statements of accounts', by fellow group members', who are witness to the pressuring of higher ranking mafia associates that they can not name in awe of their own statements', and would rather remain anonymous, in the delivery of new statements of accounts', due to high risk factors and internal mafia responses' of police networking and or other.

Permitting the Judge, grants this pleading and compassionate request of release, in relation to a pressuring circumstance by mafia internal bosses', and thereafter, going into witness protections and hiding under an alias name, address, work place and or other official new lease documentations granted by your compassionate grounds of leave and repreive.

A clear decision has been made, by the committee of legal aid advisories', to take up the case, on reference and in association with external informants', who claim otherwise, of duress and circumstantial pressuring from unnamed Pier associates', who have driven them into reclusive hidings'.


We have interviewed three character witnesses of credible standing behaviours and past histories' of non violent and non crime affiliated friends and associations of Mr Darnell Smith and his circumstance at the time of the crime committed. Each character witness was interviewed at different stated times, and each statement of account, times' of day and or night, whereabouts of the associations', thus and thereafter, correspond.

The lady in partnership with Durnell had also been subjected to outside external harassment's', whereby she felt threatened for her own safety of circumstance and there after participated in the association of this crime, whereby, both, of there associated actions were taken by extreme underground mafia networks that foresaw to, take and commit to part-take, out of revenge for such and such purpose or be subjected to a torturous murder themselves, in associations with other criminal enterprises' of networking.

They foresaw no other alternative and was feared to part take in any credible statements of accounts, to help reduce the crime of sentence...and or see a reduction and or review on compassionate ground's of enforced murder, by pressuring forces of the underworld.

At your pleasures' of powers', we would like you to review this case on a requested appeal and review of stated signatures' of representatives' that can also vote for a good standing behaviour of character and only petty crime relations', before the criminal enterprise foresaw an open opportunity to abuse their position of powers of control, on a small gangland youth offender.

Thus taking a hit and run underground and bypassing all laws' and legal proceedings because of their status and wealth of fraudulent abuses'.

We hope you consider all the statements put forward....and come to a reasonable conclusion that the murder was committed by duress, and siege of power controls' of Mafia under takings', and by placing Durnell Smith in witness protection and release under an assumed identity of work placements and or other, he will not offend again.
