Yazeed Essa

Seeking Private Council

And the rights' to a pending additional appeal

Admits to aiding his wife with nutrient-supplements', as a reader of health-care
but withdraws' any previous statements' of impending guilt in assiting in the additional accusation of murdering his marital-wife.

When the incident occurred, Mr Essa Yazeed, out of a panic driven motivation of affairs', fled the country, not in a bid to cover and or run from the laws of justice....but in a bid to clear his mind, after the sudden death of his marital-wife.

Mr Yazeed Essa, admits to having extra marital affairs', when circumstances' of marital-life drove him away, into bars and clubs' of debaucheries of sexual-inclinations', to relieve the uncertain pressures of the continued threats of divorce and separations' that his wife kept insinuating and proclaiming to carry-forth
, in addition to emotional-blackmail of disturbances' and paranoia outbreaks', with pressuring-conditions' of mind games', Yazeed Essa, stayed away from the house on several occasions' seeking the advances of a third party, for sexual and other consultations', without the advancing knowledge of his wife.

Yazeed Essa, having lived with the continual threats of his wife's own suicide, when he finally had enough of the persecutions' of the effective use of blackmail, threatened to live and break the ties of marriage.

When breaking the news' that he was reviewing the rights to a divorce of considerations, Mrs Essa, proclaimed the effective status of a suicide plot if he dared to leave her family unit of associations'.

After deliberations of careful thinking and further considerations, Mr Yazeed Essa decided to grant Mrs Essa, a reprieve of circumstance, under-standing her mental instabilities of unstable natures'.

Trying over and over again, each time failing, with the progressive advances of trying to resolve her self infliction of mental state paranoia, he finally decided to call an in-house separation of sort after means to ended his marital ties'.

In addition to this, Mrs Essa, Continued to apply the use of sex tactics and persuasions to mend the marriage ties', with the occasional one night fling in the failing marriage, out of sympathy and still having the attachments of care, Mr Yazeed Essa, would occasionally release the protocols of the easing of the separation, in a bid to try to ease into a easy, smooth release into a permanent separation.

After a course of on-going, stop and starts', Mrs Essa finally took her own life into her hands', in a cunning plan to indite her husband, he believes', in the assisting of her murder and framing him in a revenge attack for the separation codes' that were implemented in his in-house conduction's of life-style codes' planning to eventually leave, with easy out-house re locations of staying way.

Mra Essa finally pulled the plug on her own life.

Mr Yazeed Essa, layed with guilt, thinking his wife would never commit to her word of final attempted and full prof-suicide, suffered a mental-lapse, and fled to relieve the pressures of the whole circumstance surrounding his marital ties and the planned self revenge of his wife, in aiding in her own death to indite him, in a bid, as most paranoid and or murderous criminals of infectious love ties', try to do, at the hands of trying to establish an eternal bond and tie of a self belief of soul mating by means of another address'.

At the time of the court hearing, with a case review of inditing murder hanging over his head, with his brothers', also being charged with assisting a crime, the tremendous blow of the circumstance render Mr Yazeed Essa incoherent and unable to articulate his case with appropriate significant means of defence, unable to stand the fact that his brothers' maybe charged with impending assistance to a indirect-murder charge, his mind at the time, seized the moment, and over took all soundness of adhering logic's'.

After consideration of the facts', and seeking continual counselling about the situation, the certified facts', finally came to light, and Mr Yazeed Essa thereafter broke down in a flood of tears', and issued this co-herent and sound firm statement of logical accounts.

  1. Give me a break. Mr. Essa cannot deal with having to give up his lifestyle, that's where his tears come from. He's exactly where he belongs and the evidence put him there. Orange suits him.
