Usman Ahmed

Detained in Yemen since the 21st of January; after trying to renew a study visa to finish his course of learning Arabic, was there-after, without notification of pre-arrest; denied rights to a phone call, to notify his parents' and or immediate family of his whereabouts' and or legal circumstance of address and location for legal documentations across the boarders of control, he was arrested and then detained; whereabouts' of constitutional rights' denied by the Pakistani authorities' without justifications for doing so, as Pakistan has without doubt the ability to contact and find out details of the location and trace the steps back to locate Mr Usman Ahmed, it is without doubt, the legality rights for Mr Usman Ahmed to have the initial rights to a phone call, to depict the legal rights of his situation, ready for release and re-issue of his rights to apply for a full study visa, of what was requested above all diplomatic laws' from Mr Usman Ahmed, himself and or in the process of applying for application, with documentational- profs set, ready for his embankment of learning Arabic at the best schools' in the state of Yemeni'.

Usman Ahmed's' family; after contacting the Pakistani authorities'; after continual trial and error, was enlightened that Mr Usman Ahmed was no longer residing in that particular regine of detentional-facilities', and was no longer in the regine of Saana'a. This unfortunately means; that the jurisdiction of the Pakistani authorities', relocated Mr Usman Ahmed, without notifying and or informing Mr Usman's immediate family of his whereabouts' and or well-being.

Mr Usmen's family are destroyed with distress at the unknowing of their son's whereabouts and state of well-being and should be informed with immediate effect on grounds' of compassion, and rights to law-to represent Mr Usman Ahmed; in his plight to either gain access to a granted visa for specialist studies and or released with immediate effect and be returned to his family.

The effect of detention without constitutional rights of applying for legal services is in effect an illegal over-stepping of all authorities of recognition and should be dealt with, as soon as possible.
