Abu Zubaydah

Abu Zubaydah, a student and respectable-citizen, who worked-hard, studied-hard to succeed in another community of benefactoral-materialism to help aid and support other family members in private educational schooling and respective life-style of affordability.

After studying hard and travelling across international-waters to look for a university place, Zubaydah became distracted with the society around him, unable to function in a very liberal environment, without directional-help, Zubaydah was subjected to a different life of circumstance.

Unable to find a direction and or university to study at, in the middle of a vast city of crime affiliations' and other, Zubaydah decided, after losing a brief time in his life due to distractions, to turn back to a life of religion, to keep him sensible and stable, with a direction and purpose.

When war broke out in Afghanistan; over boarder land disputes from a soviet union brief occupation, Zubaydah, coming from a country where rich and poor live together in reasonable conformity, he knew that the impoverished Afghanistan's were in real dire trouble.

Having no choice but to hold on to maxium land for farming purposes', for income and routes for tourism's' coming in from Pakistan, the poverty stricken people had no choice but to fight.

Living with poverty and being educated in world history and other, Zubaydah took it upon himself to travel to Afghanistan to give the extremely poor people direction of plans of how to protect themselves, medical aid assistance, and other contributions' of effectiveness in looking after the enquired in the location and area that was under-going a part dispute with a neighbouring land.

During his stay-as a aid provider and protector of the poors' interests' in interim affairs' of a grand scale, Zubaydah nearly died after a siege and strike against a small site that was raised up for normal men, who were fighting in the cause of their lands' interests' for food, comfort of sheltering and band-aiding wounds', this was not a militant camp association of effect, without huge weapons', and or military compliment it fails to reach any recognition of any such type category.

He was then wounded to extremities of nearly death.

When Arrested, by the US, the US then went on to excuse Zubaydah of other type associations' of what they had no prior bases' for doing so.

They proceeded to torture him under extreme unreasonable conduct of what they went on to destroy evidence of factual accounts' of extreme torture.

Zubaydah had been impaired mentally when under-going torture, and that this was a complete violation of a breech of condition due to a brain damaged victim who lost a vast amount of memory and was effectively innocent of all memory of accounting, thus should have been released with immediate affect into hospital care to recover until further notice of recovery, however this wasn't the case.

He was subject to extreme abuse whereby video footage was deliberately destroyed, and thus should be released on the subject that evidence by the prosecution was tempered with, by deliberate means' of investments in their own interests', and that the statement given above, addresses' all aspects of why and what Zubaydah was doing in Afghanistan at the time of soviet interests' of interim.

And that with out all base evidence from both sides' without tempering of conditions', we would have a solid case of a compensation claim after the extreme abuses' done to an innocent Zubaydah ho was indited on claims' that never and was never proved as factual evidence of circumstance in relation to any other network, other then a small base for a small group of men who were injured and had no other experience in issuing themselves aid or medicines', and thay Zubaydah was acting as a and or other wise known as, a humanitarian aid assistant, without logo or recognition due to fund and or other legal reasons of attainability's', at that time, the only way to help aid under a international recognition was to do it the rough-way , the only way.
