A victim of war, a captive denied of all basic human-rights' legislation's', by the interim administrations' of America.

Caught between boarders, during an illegal siege campaign hosted by the Bush-Administration.

Detained without any convictions' and or evidence of legitimate-case file, currently under-taking an extreme hunger strike in retaliation to the illegal detention of himself, and his extreme unfair and degrading treatments imposed by the sanctions of the US prison authorisations codes'.

No evidence ever obtained and brought forward, without a certified conviction of any type effect and or factual-standard of principle documentation to suggest otherwise, is in fact being held under illegal sanctions' of all known international laws' even under the law of the American constitution, and should be released with immediate effect with documentation and remittance into the state of America, with an assumed identity, and to undergo counselling for the aggressive-treatments made against his persona of physical and mental-character.

The state of America knows' well, that the prisoner named as above, is at risk of death due to phycological-damage caused while under the care of and the detention of the administrations' of effectual-treatment and the illegally-known-detention, outlined and recognised world-wide.

America is skilled to the highest degrees' in counselling and re-introduction of people into society, who have been subjected to extreme abuses' of self-harm and other.

This may not be a mental-illness, but a reaction to ill-treatments whereby the brain reacts' to negative-connotations of physical and or pathological treatment by others and or the surrounding-harsh-environments', of what is not uncommon in such cases' of a bias war campaign, and what has been documented and researched by American scientists' and other-on an extensive level and cures and treatments are available through counselling of what has been recorded as a popular-success-rate, when stability and other is offered in return for a fair trail of evidential facts for releases'. And that if left untreated and or re-repatriated to home lands' where there isn't the knowledge of such extensive research, the likely-hood of a death occurrence of such a personality is very high, and people, therapists' who have studied such cases' before hand know this is be a true record of statical rates' of illuminations'.

And that if a release is not granted under the stated conditions' above, within a reasonable time period the likely hood of death is unavoidable, and then the interim will be faced with a humanitarian charge of ill treatment and or failure to resolve a case where there was no evidence to begin with, and how will this stand-up in a recovering world of economics', or will America like to be side tracked by all known involvements of commissions and or other.

Being unable to identify with American culture of imprisonment and treatment, he has become impartial to any substance that reminds him of his former self and educated mannerisms', of Saudi influence.

As a Saudi member of state and civilian, and by other case documents and releases, the interim of America knows well that there were many if not ranging in the hundreds', of cross-boarder-travelers' and workers' in and around the boarders' of Pakistan and residing in Afghanistan at that time of their subsequent invasion into a forth world country at the time of a called-on war-fare made and pronounced by the American interim, and that America knows quite well that there was many innocent people caught and detained by the army in the conquest to find out osama, after his comments on video that were not confirmed under none factual and without conclusive evidence, that osama was in fact the instigator of the 9//11 attacks'.

An immediate release with repatriation and an assumed identity with allowances of postal box communications to family and special arranged home visits should be granted without any more time passed in relation to this victim of wars' treatment, as there is no evidence that he was involved in any illegal disposition, only the fact that, as in many hundreds of people, happened to be in the wrong place and the wrong time, of captive and or abductions' by invading forces' of the and ordered with persuasive cohesion's' of participation's' of effect, misleading other international innocent and impartial countries' into a uncalled for and or in-necessary war.
