After eliminat'ion of accounts, and or de'la- charges of terrori'sm, it appears that there is confusion over circumstance of re-deportation and re-repatriation to Algeria-North-Africa, known for its' stance on the french-occupat'ion and retaliat'ions' against known citi'zens' who and or who have linage, that participated in the french-Algerian battle that took place, in light of a the colonization-period, du' french-nationals', migrational- into Algerian-land, from the out-set, appeared to offer better living-conditions' and or sustained-farm-land for people and or citizens that were and or under pressure from interim-administrations' in regards to knowledge and other information in regards to international-affairs', who were otherwise force to re-settle in a land that was the closet in appearance and life-style of infrastruct'ure of economical cultivation regarding-Mediterranean-heat-solay' and other.

I am writing in regards to your; Mr Sar'kosey's - refusal to openly except a shared responsibility' for Algerian-Nationals' that have been caught-up in the confusion of further-security-measures', taken by the American-interim-administrations', in light of their continued-campaign to arrest and hold anybody who resembles' Arabic-appearances' of origin, in regards to a bias-war-propaganda-campaign.

Mr Sar'kosey; it is apparent that you know full-well the risk associations' of deportations' in regarde'- to Algerian-Nationals' who have resided out-side their home of origin for numerous-ages-years' during this time period of media and or correspondence of war, that has spread from the illegal attack on Afghanistan, to a propaganda-smear on all Muslims' across the globe.

However; it is clear, and I am sur' you will agree with me, that Muslims' who have lived out-side their national-countries', for any amount of time, especially during this period of propaganda-warfare, involving-innocent-Muslims', are at a high-risk of fractional-militant- attacks' on whole families and or themselves, if they return
to their home lands'. Looked upon as reporters' and or working for an outside associations' of international systems'.

As you know; Algeria is un-grandee', and vast land, that has a vast population, and that the carrying of unofficial-spy-murders' are done discreetly, without apparent cause of death, and or suspicious circumstances' with loose holds' that go un-noted, by night-darkness of....

This is known as tribal-internal-disputes of loyalty, that doesn't effect any standing french citizen that resides' in Algeria, this only effects people who have had associations with outside influence then re-deported for re-settlements', as they are seen as an apparent threat for carrying messages' and or betrayal to their own people.

You know full-well; having un-grandee'-correspondence, with the Algerian -Interim-Affairs-Commissionaires', how many death-associations are noted down each year and or un-comfortable-living conditions of de-secret' confinements of house-boundaries' that the re-portage' are subjected to, because of this tribal-racism of presumption in regards to de' re-deportees'.

And that with your standing experience of re-parturition of citizens' into french-land, from previous altercations' of warfare, it is relatively-simplistic' with petite' consequence on re-patuated Algerian and or french family associations of settlements', for you to allocate and re-settle these few men who have been caught up in the propaganda campaign, that has had literally nothing to do with them at the first hand.

And that as, agreeing adults' of reasonable intellect, it will be a relatively easy task for you with little repercussion on your administration of effect.
