Abou El Kassem Britel

After a formal marriage to an I-Talian-lady in 1989, Mr Britel wished to pursue a career in writing literature and other pro-sources' that, without hindrance to any formal and or otherwise associations of faith, in regards to other activities, were all above-board and regulated under European conditions' of positive contributions to the fold of, and peace of Islam.

Writing under conditions of regulations, that with the misunderstanding in light of other beliefs', all met the standards of Islamic teachings' and Islamic-schools of thought, on the whole.

During the time he spent in Pakistan, for work-purpose and related-peaceful teachings' of transcripted literature that didn't pose any-type threat to any one individual and or other faith group, Mr Britel was arrested in Lahore, on the pro-mise of suspicion of holding and acquirement of false documentations'.

During this period; he was detained without constitutional rights' of legal assistance and or lawyer access, of what was a breech against all international standards of human rights and other democratic rights of a European citizen; residing in a land for other reasons or proposed institutional teachings' through literature.

An innocent victim caught between legal based work, and the illegal invasion of boarding Afghanistan. Indited without charge and illegally held on a no base principle of evidential facts that Mr Britel was ever, under legal proceedings' of prosecution, involved in such conspiracies' as claimed and obtained by authorities' under the illegal act of torture and pressure to confess to other activities', that he had no prior knowledge of.

Under legal sustenance of legitimacy of residing in Pakistan, there would have been no immediate cause for concern, as all activities' and whereabouts' by the interim authorities were known and publicized under legal documentations by the Pakistani authorities', above board without terms' of conditions' in regards to prior, and or background history, in regards to a cause for and or blacklisted as a cause for concern.

On the contrary, he was and had obtained residency, all above aboard, ready for a two- and or three and or a un-disclosed amount of time, for work in regards to writings' and other materials' of legalities'.

UNder extreme pressure of torture, the authorities involved in the illegal extradition; and other cause for concerns by international standards commissions' Mr Britel was extradited on several occasions' without solid substance of factual evidential-papers and or other, to support the illegal imprisonment and torture campaign set-about in regards to Mr Britel.

He was forced to confess involvements to activities' and or locations' of insubstantial barrings of navigation's', to release the pressure of the illegal acts' of torture in regards to a personal inflection by the authorities , in regards to illegal- pain, to deliver something that didn't actually happen and inconclusive whereabouts that summarised in the endings' of no findings' and or other arrests' by disclosures' made under pressure, that were nothing but hallucinations' under extreme and un-called for, authorised by whom exactley, we are not informed of- torture campaign.

Mr Britel's passport and visitation was found to be above board and legitimate, why the forces' of international interim committee decided otherwise, against an innocent man, is yet to be answered and we would be asking for an immediate release without further condtions' into a protective system of European safety standards, to insure a standard of protection and continued life, under an assumed identity, for purposes' of an indeceny of torture and humiliation set about to vindicate Mr Britel of all rights under international standards', when he-himself was and is an international citizen of european democracey.
