Did not inform the person in question of social welfare and other impending circumstances' of inquiry, the effects of and or possible harms that this decisions could have had on the family to state.

In that, there was no prior warning that social welfare's' and or other effective criminal proceedings and or other possible consequences of child care arrangements', or descriptive pre letters to state the possible harms and effects this could have on a young hardly out of uni graduations', female, who by ways of state educations', wasn't skilled enough to understand the full potential of such a decision without more descriptive details that should have clearly been outlined in a case sensitive letter, and with full explanations of, and that the state of departments of laws', shouldn't have allowed such a proposal of non in formations', and should have stated a full appraisal from all family members of higher age rankings' and credits of notabilities of educations on such matters'.

Also to state, that the person wasn't clearly happy with his impending wife, who by ways of western accountability's was parading in prominence of short dresses' and open hair, free mixing with all kinds of other associations that was clearly putting herself in the hands of a male enterprise,that could have had more influence in other areas of other endangerment's', that isn't for me to state, rather the probation officer should have been enlightening of these matters of care in relation to the female of departed spouse and marital ties', but I'm the bad one here yeah!
