Will Plead: Involuntary manslaughter - Accidental death

Avram Nika:

Facts presented to the prosecution and high courts of justice, magistrates'.

4. Wishing to start a fresh life, with fresh business plans', through travelling and explorations'.

5. Having and making a few pounds across the county states' in relation to bare knuckle fist fighting, an illegal act in most counties', was the only way that Avram could make money for passable living, eating and rentable accommodations'.

6. Looking for work to send monetary funds home for poorer members of his family in Serbia, was intending a permit, marriage and family commitments to a dedicated new style of life.

7. Avram Nika purchased a small car that took him across states', in pursuit of a welcoming town and or area that would match any home town where he had been born and raised.

8. During one of his trips', he experienced faults with his car, along one of the main source motor ways and or bypasses' on route to his next conquest of location.

9. The car was experiencing engine troubles, of what wasn't unusual for Avram Nika, in the short period of time that he had been travelling across different sate counties and or other towns and or other districts'.

10. A few break downs' before, took care of meeting new people, having a refreshment reinburstment of food energy substances, while moving on to relocate, or finding a good town to settle in, while renting at another location, either way, the intent was the same.

11. Before this incident took place, there was nothing to suggest that Avram was and had intended to kill anyone else in any criminal act of violence. Thus practically a clean record.

12. That day, Avram's car took a turn for repair of battery charging and break downs on the motor way, he was faced with the commitment to a proposed murder sentence.

13. Avram Nika, had broken down, put his lights on amber, and waited patiently until any forms of traffic cops, police and or emergency services would arrive to help him , or waited for the alternative of a nice passerby to stop and intend to help gear up his car, with a high, welcome here, where are you from, have you enough money, and then sent on his way of what was most of the costum, in most lands, at that point in history.

14. One passerby did stop to Avram's surprise.

15. A scuffle broke out between the men.

16. It was a monetary issue and high-jacking of all material wealth's that Avram had accumulated in his live in travelling car, between states and work.

Having worked hard for a small earning, and collecting small items of gold and other wealth's that could be sold for higher purchases in other towns', being strong in stature, wasnt prepared to be made to look like a fool who couldn't look after and or take care of himself. Having been a street fighter, he took hold of the high-jacking criminal, this was when he struck up a punch at the same time, while the offender declared to pull a gun and then the gun went off killing himself in the process'.

Avram, never been involved in such an effective criminal allegation that would be set out against him at a later date, started to panic immediately, not knowing the land, not knowing the laws', not having family to support and or advice him, not having a settled amount of monetary again to support legal interests', hid the body, and made off with the other car that was in good working order of accounts'.

19. Having been educated for many years in the Texan state, Avram has come to know well the language and can now put in a clear defence and adequate statement of accounts if what happened that day.

We request a immediate acquittal, as the time served for involuntary manslaughter and accidental death by a mild fight that broke out, has been served , and that, infact it was the other man who shot himself, but with blood in and around the location of the crime scene and in the car with Avram, it was presumed that he had intentionally done a crime of high murder, due to the records of state and statistical reports', not taking into account any of Avram's origins and or pass history of clean records', just taking into account your state records of murder and corruptions' you then went into to convict an Innocent man of the crime of murder when it was infact involuntary manslaughter's'.
