Appealing to the courts of justice, Texas, in connection to the recent appeal of Linda Carty.

Grounds for appeal: Review of homicide instigation accusations'.

1. Coheirst into agreeing a plea bargaining against Linda Carty

Reasons' as stated: The three men accused of participating in a crime that they claimed at the time, to have been accomplices to, were persuaded to agree to plea bargaining term in awe of and against Linda Carty, in exchange for a reprieve of the Death Penalty and other incurring debts of sentencing', and or condemned guilty without given the appropriate lawyer to act on their behalf, for a cost of incurring debts that the three partisan men, could not afford to get themselves out of, in the immediate future, and an exchange of plea bargaining under extreme cohesion's' of pressured victimisation's by the law committee acting on their behalf, appeared to be more credible then either, to face the death penalty under different orientations of lawyer circumstance and credit reviews'.

2. The acting lawyer poses' this to the prosecutions committee: That had these men been involved in any of the situational written assumptions', that were posed to them as factual, non acting subtending evidences' that shouldn't have been put forward by written testimony alone, without solid defined evidences of facts of forensics', they would have been granted just sentencing'.

3. That after Linda Carty's new established appeal of circumstance, puts out a new conditional circumstance for the other accused characters involved in the suggestions of acting in a participation of address, in the involvements of the death of this young female victim.

4. The three men, are withdrawing their earlier statements', due to an harassment and pressurising lawyer commitment to see a benefit of sentencing rather then review of a credible reasoning situation.

5. The legal advisor for Linda Carty, has brought forward Linda's review case and new testimony to me as the legal representative of Chris Robinson, Gerald Anderson and Carlos Williams', that in relation to all credible and logical findings' of written correlations as stated by Linda's new rep, would make perfect sense, to acquitted all three men of any involvement in this crime, and that it was by way of cartel lower ranking members', and other insiders that were looking for members of their near relatives to be helped out of situational lists on the death row bill board of waiting executions'.

There is no reason to delay this request for immediate release.

They will need to be presented with a witness protection programme and new identities as stated in the review of Linda Carty and her new testimony.
