Sub-Review

Accidental death by driving

Driving reasonably well at all other times' of circumstance, this particular day, time and events of pending circumstance, called for Michelle. L. Knapp to behaviour slightly out of character and caused her to misjudge time and appropriation of intended destination.

In that, she found herself, driving unusually fast to get to her intended location of circumstance of events, be it Job and or other, family issues of concerning disagreements, birth and or other.

Through ill-decision , and unusual added pressure of circumstance during the pre-destined situation, Michelle. L. Knapp put her foot down at an unusual speed, not in her usual nature of behaviours'.

While distracted at the wheel, looking for light indications' and or other road readings, she missed a blind spot of pedestrian walk-by, on a free-hold estate, and ran a young girl down.

Accidental death by driving : Where death was unrecognised at the stated time of accident

In a state of panic, Michelle failed to up-hold her usual principles of education and moral foundations of codes of life and or lifestyle of etiquette's'.

She fled the scene, hoping that the young person and or persons present at the scene would assit the young girl that fell to her death, Michelle. L . Knapp. Not realising the implications of her actions', not receipting the incident, fell into subconscious, stress related and denial of implication of the effects of the scene of the nature at hand.

While remaining in a state of shock, and dis-orientated, she failed again to report the accident and continued to go about her daily business, while remaining in a unconscious state of shock.

This impaired her vision to react to the situation accordingly to the correct standings of criteria of law status', and under any other circumstance would have usually been compliant and address full.

In this, as her defence lawyer, I would ask you, as the judge, to politely consider these issues raised in light of Michelle's profile of previous lifestyle and good behaviours of conditions'.

Irrationality, stress, and pro-longed delayed disorder of recognising the situation at hand, after the accident occurred.

Unintentional death and unintentional accident by driving out of character, due to unforeseen circumstances of effect at the time of the incident.

All credits put forward for review and a light sentence of driving by irrationality of pressures due to unforeseen circumstance, would be more appropriate then a full term of homicide, charged with manslaughter.
