Addressed to the European summit of commitments in over-seeing peace arrangements and other

Gaddafi and power

There was a point in the negotiations whereby you yourselves' were speaking of the possibilities of a over-seeing, a indirect war of use of powers', in associations with a no fly zone.

Then on the other hand, you claim that we as a governing power are using unnecessary force of weaponry and other, to control rebel posing protesters', that number in less, less then pro supporters', when the rebels are now proposing war effects', of natures'.

We ask you, as a European counterpart, would you foresee, protesters holding the state of governing powers at hostage.

You dont, because you have the monetary funds' to support high'-level training in your police units', whereby a force of greater powers', detains the situation at hand.

We have explained earlier our situation, and we will be considering further troop deployments to aid and assit civilians that are at a posing direct threat of other rebel associations'.

We will do what we feel is necessary at any given time, whereby, if there is a situation where we as a force are directly at threat of imposing a death penalty of hostage situation or in safe guarding our selves' from furthering dangers, then we will impose the same legal principles in the west, whereby of the situation escalates out of control where there is no other alternative, we will course death by the direct endangerment's of rebels' against other civilians in our surrounding societies' of occupations'.

None of this behaviour of war protesting will be tolerated.
