The Arab League
Issue statements in relation to a no fly zone in - Libya -
We as a stated Arab community recognises' that at present tragic circumstances are happening in the Arab land of Libya.
In that, we also recognise, that Libya has its own vast oil wealth's' and is in current plights to negotiate new contracts and terms of conditions in light of exporting and land heritage of ownerships and other.
We feel if we inter vine with our forces', not only will it discredit us, in light of a informal war campaign, it will also cost many more deaths then, Libya's' own internal fighting' of other hosting immigration disputes of oppositions'.
We feel that the rebels will eventually give up, after deployments of weaponry runs out and there is no further inputs of fiance into their running', with non employments and other, it will not be long before they will return to look for work focus within the current regime of standing orders'.
Libya needs this change of re-negotiations' and small rebel pockets will not hinder these international developments of shared employments of special visa entries and or other.
The rebels will have to be subjected to formal arrests', with the deployments of furthering government police units and other. In that, we will subject them to six months detention for participating in such activities' with food water and well-care, there after they will be asked to signed new employment programmes', if they do not comply, we will further host them to prison confinements' until further notice of adherence to our set laws', and as so not to incur furthering violence against us as a running leadership.
The arrests may have to be under-taken by force, we will not harm and or other incitements against any rebel captives'.
We will offer them shelter accommodations in exchange for the new employments', if the west decides to co-operate in our new schemes of proposals of contracting terms of heritage put forward.
If not, then the blood shed will be uncontainable and will continue without betterment's'.
This request has been delayed because of the non negotiating stance of Europe and or other impending bodies of resistance of giving our rights back.
