The reports have it, that the substance appears t0 be thick, yellow, bulbing almost like icicle's of appearance. very large and vi sable, without any forms of notifications to parents and or teachers', about this substance being on school premises', kept quite and choosing to turn the blind eye, to repairs and maintenance issues', in relation to this, in reality the school should be shut down and condemned, as this substance is non removable even if they remove the bulk of it.....up for sale and to demolish.
