1. The council and or other authority, failed to recognise, the rights of freedom of passage way and or the rights of other contracting terms of established opportunities of business natures, at the early beginnings of the settlement.

2. After, a established community of residence, that have worked to build homes, and good friendly foundations of communal living standards', and in whole, a small estate of permeated movable housing units', that have established a permanent location of housing in residence.

3. The failure to identify and or move the problem on, at the very start of the site allocation of situation, has seen the by-passing of the councils rights to move the situated residence on, and their failure to deal with any disputed land rights' at the very start of this self allocation. Thus indicating that the land at the time of self allocation was free from furthering plans, thus they, themselves allowed the settlers right of passages without informing them the allowance to stay on that land, until further notice of vacation, because of the lack of correspondence in relation to the rights of the councils land and or other authorities land, they themselves have broken the criteria of law requirements' to issue the rights of evictions'.

4. In factual evidences', these established locations can be given housing approval, as a intended purpose of permanent location of estate and area mass of situated location,,because of the lack of notifications of disapproval's and to vacate at earlier notices of settling.

6. In units of criminality's where their children will be faced with people that are not inclined to communal living and are impartial to criminality's'.

7. They will be allocated properties that they will be unfamiliar with, and cause them to sink into depressive situations that they will be unable to handle at the stance of change in their lifestyle.

8. And that, the children will be subjected to the possibilities of falling into outside crimes' otherwise avoidable, in communal living standards of structuring and cultures'.

9. And who will pick up the kids', the pimps and drug barrens'.

Thank you for the first notice at the very beginning of the settlement location (I say ironically), if known the land was required at the very permanent location of residence, we would have decided to relocate and settle somewhere else'.

As you failed to notify us, and you failed to set terms and conditions at the very start of the settlement scheme, you gave us rights of passage over this land, therefore we have the right of way to continue to reside here.
