It is fundamental that you understand our position, we have responded, and stated our self defence in relation to the small majority of rebellion that is taking place at present in Libya.

The fact of the matter is, that our proposals are more reliant, more sufficient and more safety guarded then your own, military proposals, that will foresee, the murderous rampage of thousands of Libyans', across Libya.
