British special rescue team, deployments'

Should be allowed to conduct, special rescue mission programmes', even with America deployed in Japan, the reason being, is that, with a small force of well qualified and expertise, time spending in training will have extreme skills other associations' of search and rescue and or deployments of help and aid, will not have.

We ask Japan to consider, we are highly trained operatives' with extreme good reputations of good conduction's', in other associated lands' of other rescue missions'.
