The Libyan Oil

I am not disputing that the oil doesn't belong to me, Gaddafi, I am disputing the history of the oil, in relation to extortionate price fixing and more by Western powers of controls'.

If I, am not a holding Representative of Libyan wealth, who will be able to deal with the new proposals of new contracts and better lifestyle managements of Libya, without my prior knowledge.

Therefore I am a trust holder of this wealth, whereby I have a duty to be fair and offer fair deals' and work ships and price rearrangements', in order to be able to do this.
